    Technical Assistance Coordinator

    (Developmental Disability Service Supervisor)

    Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

    Flexible Schedules/No On-call

    This position can be domiciled at the Wainwright Office Building, 111 North 7 th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101. This domiciled location is subject to change to the Chesterfield area in July 2025.

    Domicile consideration is open statewide to ensure the best candidate for the position. The selected applicant for this position will serve the St. Louis area TCM providers and may provide supports to TCM providers Statewide.

    Role Description:

    We are looking for a positive professional to join our Targeted Case Management Technical Assistance Coordinator (TCM TAC) Team. This is a senior-level professional community-based work with Targeted Case Management agencies who support persons with developmental disabilities. The TCM TAC performs audits and reviews regarding TCM Services and provides technical assistance to support the Targeted Case Management Providers with assistance as related to TCM Contract Compliance, ISP planning, ISP guidelines, accurate completion of authorizations, level of care, Medicaid process, state plan services, Medicaid waiver guidelines, IQMFD, Division guidelines, Division Directives, Code of State Regulations, and other TCM processes.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • TCM TACs perform audits and reviews regarding TCM Services, as well as follow up to verify remediation of identified findings from reviews.
    • TCM TACs provide Technical Assistance to TCM Providers regarding TCM Contract requirements, Annual TCM Review process, as well as other TCM Processes.
    • TCM TACs develop trend reports for individual TCM Providers on an annual basis, as well as analyze TCM Provider trends on a quarterly basis.
    • TCM TACs are a member of the team to work with the TCM provider on Corrective Action Plan processes as needed.
    • TCM TACs disseminate information regarding process changes as related to TCM Services.
    • TCM TACs submit TCM provider requests for SC access requests and SC revocations.
    • TCM TACs follow up with TCM Providers regarding information gathering and data clean up.
    • TCM TACs participate and present information in meetings with TCM Providers, such as TCM Provider Meetings, Annual TCM Review meetings, Regional QEP meetings, and other meetings as requested.
    • TCM TACs review and approve Level of Care determinations.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with meeting facilitation, effective problem solving and team collaboration skills, creation and presentation of information, and working with spreadsheets and data analysis is essential. Support Coordination experience is preferred.

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    Four or more years of relevant case management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant case management experience.
