Job Summary Performs administrative work overseeing the operations, programming activities, and maintenance of the Orlando Tennis Centre. An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for promoting facility usage, revenue generation, bookkeeping, evaluating and supervising the work of facility staff, facility maintenance, and tennis pro instructor contractors. The Manager ensures excellent customer service to meet patrons' expectations and develops community-focused programs. As well as developing and implementing a succession plan. Work is performed under the general direction of the Recreation Program Manager and reviewed through reports, conferences, and results achieved
Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree in Recreation, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field and two (2) years of management experience in a recreation facility, including some supervisory experience
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Tennis center management experience preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License is
required. Must possess Valid United States Safe Sport certification or applicant must obtain certification within 180 days of hire.
Mustpass a background check which includes a polygraph. Availability
requiredto work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
