Job Summary Salary: Contract Compliance Investigator I: $25.21- $32.15 Contract Compliance Investigator II: $26.63- $33.955 Contract Compliance Investigator III: $28.28- $36.065 Performs responsible administrative and investigative work in the area of minority business contract compliance with primary responsibility for auditing business records and conducting investigations to facilitate the process of providing the maximum opportunity for women and minority-owned businesses to participate effectively in the construction bidding and professional services process for contracted services. Primary duties include onsite audits, compilation and analysis of workforce data and related information, and the preparation of statistical reports. Work is performed under the general supervision of the MBE Division Manager/MBE Program Manager. Performance is reviewed through evaluation of reports submitted, results obtained, and discussion of projects and/or problems .
Minimum Qualifications:
Contract Compliance Investigator I: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required.
Contract Compliance Investigator II: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field and two to three (2-3) years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required.
Contract Compliance Investigator III: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) or more years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required .

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
