Description
The Modesto Irrigation District is currently recruiting to fill one part-time temporary hourly-intermittent Student Intern, up to 40 hours per week for the summer, in the Regulatory Department, General Manager Division. Student Interns can expect to work in a variety of special projects during the term of his/her internship.
Examples of Duties
Duties will vary based on the specific internship and department/division the intern would be assigned.
Typical Qualifications
Typical qualifications may include:- Enrolled in a four year college or university. Preference will be given to upper class applicants or recent college graduates planning to attend graduate school.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
Supplemental Information
Qualified applicants must submit a completed District application to be received no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025.

The applicant must perform successfully in each phase of the recruitment in order to continue in the selection process.
