    Job Summary

    Salary:

    $18.00 Hourly

    Oversee data and supporting document collection and entry of all data deliverable’s for all 21st Century operating sites while providing support to the 21st Century Site Coordinators and 21st Century Program Coordinator

    Work Hours:
    Monday to Friday 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
    (Schedule subject to change depending on program needs)

    Examples of Duties:

    • Register all student data and demographics into EZ Reports for all sites

    • Enter Attendance daily for all sites

    • Enter Pre/Post Data into EZ Reports quarterly

    • Enter student grades into EZ Reports quarterly

    • Enter standardized test data into EZ Reports annually

    • Enter Surveys into EZ Reports

    • Run attendance reports for absentees and send to Site Coordinators

    • Submit all data for Baseline Data deliverable to External Evaluator and 21st Century Program Coordinator

    • Student data

    • Attendance

    • Grades

    • Demographics

    • Pre and post testing

    • Family data

    • Family Night attendance

    • Family Night survey results

    • Submit all data for End of Year Data deliverable

    • Summative Report

    • Summer Attendance and Demographics

    • APR Staffing Report

    • APR AY Activities

    • APR Partnership Report

    • EOY Supplemental Program Questionnaire

    • EOY Student Snapshot

    • Adult and Student Data

    • Complete 21st CCLC Time Sheets for all sites on a bi-weekly basis



    Minimum Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or non-profit preferred. Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent in related field preferred. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - particularly of Excel Spreadsheets. Proficient in email communication; fast and accurate typist. Accurate and precise attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills; self-directed and able to work without supervision. Understands data confidentiality and follows them to the letter.

    THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
