Fulton State Hospital is looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst with training and experience working with individuals dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental illness. The Licensed Behavior Analyst will function as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. They will observe client behavior to complete initial behavioral assessments and determine any additional data needs. They will then design and implement behavior support plans to enhance adaptive behaviors, diminish challenging behaviors, and assist with transition to less restrictive settings. Subsequent observations will determine progress toward goals and help modify behavior support plans accordingly. The Licensed Behavior Analyst will participate in treatment team meetings to develop, review, and update treatment plans.
Minimum Qualifications: - Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Missouri. *Supervision for licensure can be provided if needed.
Preferred Qualifications: - Training and/or experience assessing and/or treating individuals dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness.
