We're seeking a Dispatcher in Salt Lake City, UT to coordinate service operations and act as the central point of contact for customers and field technicians.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians to maximize job site coverage.
- Manage incoming service requests via phone and email from commercial clients.
- Communicate appointment details and arrival windows to customers.
- Provide technicians with work orders, site history, and necessary documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate service records in the company database.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and resource gaps as they arise.
- Balance technician workloads based on skill level and job location.
- Assist leadership with administrative reporting and operational tracking.
Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. This is an onsite position based in the Ogden area.
