Summary

Alarm MonitorMonitor facility operations at the Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF). Fort Leonard Wood, MO This position's primary duties are to oversee utility equipment and report any critical condition of equipment to management. Alarm Monitor will be primarily stationed in an office equipped with computerized monitoring equipment. Alarm Monitor will be required to perform physical checks of all equipment. This position will require shift work.Essential Responsibilities:Monitors all Building Automated System (BAS) activities.Performs checks on chillers, boilers, air handlers, electrical motors, VFD's, water heaters, exhaust fans, autoclaves, washers, dryers, etc. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists maintenance workers in solving work problems.Demonstrates attention to detail, good comprehensive and analytical skills.Must be able to wear a full-faced respirator with accompanying PPE and perform duties if neededOther duties as assigned by Lead or Management2nd and 3rdShift is required.2nd shift 3 PM – 1130 PM3rd shift 1100 PM – 0730 AMShift will depend on vacancyPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of work experience with facility maintenanceKnowledge of a (BAS)High School Diploma or equivalentPass a medical screeningPosition requires climbing stairs /moderate amount of walking
