Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property by way of closed-circuit television (CCTV) in accordance to Gaming Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Monitor all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential criminal activity, suspicious activity, safety concerns, and other violations and report them in verbal and written form to the Surveillance Director
  • Develop and maintain log of surveillance observations
  • Inspect and monitor audio and video surveillance equipment to ensure it is working appropriately
  • All other duties that may be assigned
Requirements

Work Environment:
  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in cramped enclosed space
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must remain extremely alert and pay close attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must operate in an environment requiring the strictest of confidence
  • Must have at least one year previous experience in a similar setting
  • Must have experience in operating DVD, VCR, 2-way radio, and closed circuitry equipment
  • Must have intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have working knowledge of rules and regulations of table games
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit and closely focus on monitors for long periods of time
  • Must be able to twist and work at a desk
  • Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
