Summary
Dispatcher HPC-Industrial is seeking a Dispatcher. This is a permanent full-time role that will support all internal and external customer requests and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis. This is a high-volume role that will require exemplary customer service, ability to make quick decisions and maintain good communication lines between other divisions within the team on a regular basis. We provide the safest, most efficient operational experience for our customers and the most comprehensive training and career development for our employees.Responsibilities Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.Assist branch manager with the hiring and onboarding of temp/seasonal labor pool employees; submission of workflows and Driver applications, maintaining personnel files and system databases.Schedules and assigns training as required.Acts as an available resource/liaison for all labor pool employees; this may include troubleshooting our systems to assist employees with navigating online training assignments and/or with system access issues.Updates and maintains training records; includes data entries into Learning Management System.Take all phone calls from employees and other internal customers in a professional and courteous manner, fostering strong relationships with all customers.Provides a daily schedule of employees' activities.Manages and dispatches a daily schedule for all employees -to manage the board and get people out to work.Communicates daily with all employees to confirm awareness of schedule and to promote employee engagement.Arranges/coordinates travel for employees; includes booking flights and securing hotel accommodations.Maintains hours of service on all labor pool drivers; ensures employees are compliant with company policies and legislative standards including electronic logs.Maintains and reports on PPE inventory counts.Performs other duties and tasks as required by the Clean Harbors business needs.Qualifications Previous high-volume recruitment and/or onboarding experienceIndustrial or oilfield experience preferred;Customer Service based background requiredProficient in Windows based applications, especially Microsoft Excel;Effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and make decisions independently;Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;Proven commitment to providing outstanding customer service;Potential travel overnight to sites if necessary;Job Info Job Identification 164602Job Category Plant & FacilitiesPosting Date 08/11/2026, 09:40 PMLocations 904 Courses Landing Rd, Penns Grove, NJ, 08069, USJob Schedule Full timePay Range 14.90 - 34.62 HourlyJob Function DispatcherRegular or Temporary Regular
