Technical Lead - Empower LOS

Summary

Job Overview: Pay Range $50hr - $55hr Requirement/Must Have: 5+ years of experience with Empower LOS. Experience in Mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Implementation. Mortgage Lending Domain Expertise. LOS Configuration & Business Rules Management. Responsibilities: Lead Empower LOS deployments, upgrades, and optimization efforts. Manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Ensure seamless integration with mortgage ecosystem platforms. Work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to streamline loan origination processes, improve borrower experience, and increase operational efficiency. Implement AIVA for AI-driven borrower engagement, automated communications, document collection, loan status updates, and self-service capabilities. Integrate Empower with PPE, DU/LPA, credit bureaus, income and asset verification providers, CRM platforms, document management solutions, eClosing, eNote, and eVault platforms. Maintain strong knowledge of mortgage origination processes and regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, FHA, VA, FNMA, Freddie Mac), Agile delivery, and large-scale implementation programs. Nice to Have: Experience with eClosing, eNotes, eVault. Knowledge of DU/LPA, PPE & Third-Party Mortgage Integrations. Experience with AI-driven Mortgage Automation.
