To support AFSOC operations, the full-time AFSOC ELINT Curriculum Developer will design and develop training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure curriculum alignment with mission objectives at Hurlburt Field, FL.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and update ELINT training curricula and materialsCollaborate with military and civilian subject matter experts to ensure training effectivenessEvaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvementsRequired qualificationsExperience in Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) or related fieldsStrong understanding of military training and operational needsProficiency in instructional design and curriculum developmentAbility to obtain necessary security clearancesRelevant military experience or equivalent civilian experience is preferred
