We are proud to be employee-owned and we are looking to welcome a PM Dispatcher at our office in Burnsville serving our school transportation operation!Schedule:Monday Friday 11:00 PM 7:00 PMJob Responsibilities Responsible for working with team to ensure operations run effectivelyDistribute route updates as needed.Set up payroll task assignments for the following morningFinalize route coverage for the next 23 daysMonitor radio and communicate operational messages to employeesFrontline communications specialist for inbound phone and email inquiriesEnsure proper documentation of accidents, incidents, and vehicle service callsGathering information regarding accidents and incidents and completing assigned documentationReceive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency alertsWhat We Are Looking For Proficient with Microsoft Office productsDetailed-oriented person with a can-do attitude!Other Requirements Excellent communication skillsRead, write, and speak in EnglishHave a positive attitude and be a team playerMust be able to work independently and in a team environmentObtain (within 90 days of hire date) a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with air brake and endorsements for passenger and a valid DOT physicalHow We're Different: We're employee owned that's extra money in your pocket!Professional management team that caresFriendly staff always willing to help outFull benefit package including 401k match and Employee Stock Option PlanPaid time offDonuts on payday - YUM!Job Type: Full-time
