We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in day-to-day execution of delivery operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will utilize various technologies to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description

Monitor drivers delivery progress and safe driving practices. Set roster and schedule drivers according to route count. Assist with load out and morning distribution of vans & asset bags. Train new drivers. Open and close. Inspect vans for damage. Monitor drivers progress and hours to name a few. Other tasks are expected as well.

Qualifications

Must have 2 years of recent Amazon DSP dispatching.

Must be a good communicator and leader.

Must be able to influence a team.

Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.

Must be able to coach staff as necessary.
