Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties for this position take place at 727 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807 and include:
- Assist with implementing education department events. (Learning Labs, Tot Time, Baby Explorer, Hands on Science, ect.)
- Assist with holiday activities and events.
- Teach lessons and basic lab experiments each week.
- Assist with planning lessons and activities for various events.
- Create a safe and engaging atmosphere for children.
- Possess appropriate behavior management of children.
- Occasionally assist with supervising and managing volunteers.
- Be able to be a PlayGuide when needed on the museum floor.
- Be able to work most weekends and school breaks.
