Supporting the global Helpline team, the full-time Incident Response Analyst will manage digital security incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and strengthen the Helpline's capacity to respond to threats while working remotely from Indonesia, India, or the Philippines.Key responsibilitiesManage digital security incidents, including account compromises and malware, as a second-level incident responderAnalyze incident data to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation and preparationDevelop workflows to enhance the Helpline's ability to utilize threat intelligence and support incident handler trainingRequired qualificationsDemonstrated experience in incident response or customer support escalation teamsCore technical competency in relevant security technologies and risk assessment frameworksFamiliarity with tools such as Snort, Cisco networking, and malware analysisAppropriate education, preferably a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related fieldExperience or interest in supporting civil society and human rights organizations
