Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, the full-time Program Operations Support Specialist MID will facilitate program execution through effective coordination, tracking, and reporting of key operational activities in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesAssist program leadership with operational planning, execution, and reporting activitiesMaintain and update program documentation, schedules, and deliverablesTrack action items, risks, and milestones using program management tools and templatesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience as an Action Officer (AO) at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or military medical headquartersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project tracking toolsPrior experience supporting government or defense programs preferredAbility to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
