As the DPRK & China-focused Senior Intelligence Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage in-depth attribution of North Korean and Chinese crypto-related activities, lead responses to sanctions events, and produce actionable intelligence for customers and partners.Key responsibilitiesOwn DPRK & China attribution by analyzing threat-actor entities and their operationsLead attribution responses to sanctions events, ensuring timely updates to data coverageProduce finished intelligence reports and represent Chainalysis at industry events as the external expertRequired qualificationsDeep expertise in DPRK and/or China crypto operations and illicit financeExperience in on-chain tracing related to DPRK or Chinese laundering networksBackground in national security, threat finance, or investigationsStrong understanding of regional money-laundering flows with fluency in Mandarin and/or Korean as a plus5+ years of relevant analytic or intelligence experience, with a proven track record of leading complex problems
