Providing technical support for mobile devices, the full-time Tier 2 Mobile Device Support representative will troubleshoot and resolve issues for users while working remotely with government personnel in the Washington, DC area.Key responsibilitiesDeliver professional support to troubleshoot and resolve Apple (iOS) mobile device issues for usersDiagnose reported issues, identify root causes, and escalate as necessary to ensure effective solutionsMaintain knowledge of mobile device policies and the evolving mobile landscape to provide accurate assistanceRequired qualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and wireless configuration for Apple iOSAt least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing roleFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications and ticketing systems such as ServiceNowAbility to build rapport with users from diverse backgroundsU.S. citizenship and Active TS clearance preferred
