911 Ems DispatcherThe 911 EMS Dispatcher (also called an Emergency Medical Dispatcher or Telecommunicator) is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls, gathering critical information, providing pre arrival medical instructions, and dispatching EMS resources.
