Security Agent (Swing Shift) (Differential Pay)
Job Title: Swing Shift Security Officer
Location: Grand & Little America
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site security presence and coverage at multiple locations
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and follow proper protocols
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and access control points
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures
- Write clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and law enforcement if necessary
- Be prepared to work on short notice and cover shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and patrol the property
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and assist in emergency situations
- Ability to respond quickly, including running or navigating stairs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
