It focuses on training, oversight, safety, and operational support across multiple work areas. As a Corrections General Industries Factory Foreperson, you will perform the following duties:Worker Training: Instruct inmate workers in manufacturing methods and safe tool and equipment useOperational Records: Complete daily production logs, enter data, and submit attendance informationSafety Monitoring: Search work areas for contraband, monitor inmate movement, and maintain tool controlPlant Oversight: Use software to track orders, materials, shipping, and purchasing needsProduction Support: Review reports, help set production goals, and recommend equipment improvementsInterested in learning more?
