Bluehawk is actively seeking a Mid‑level CI Analyst to work primarily at DCSA headquarters, Stafford, VA, and occasionally at regional field office locations as requested by DCSA.ResponsibilitiesProduces IC‑coordinated all‑source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.Conduct analysis comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA's CI programs, functions, and mission activities.QualificationsCurrent Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.Minimum 8 years' experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem‑solving techniques; contractor must be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.Minimum 8 years' experience in identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommending solutions.Minimum 8 years' experience in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing.Minimum 8 years' experience with data systems such as NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS or other security and supply‑related data systems.Minimum 8 years' experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.Minimum 8 years' experience in conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools).Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action /EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
