Serving as a lead strategic advisor, the full-time Change Implementation Subject Matter Expert will support the Veterans Health Administration by managing enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives, conducting stakeholder analyses, and developing change implementation plans in a remote capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic advisory efforts for enterprise-wide organizational change management initiatives within the VHAConduct stakeholder and impact analyses to assess the effects of transformation activitiesDevelop and oversee detailed change implementation plans aligned with program milestones and organizational readinessRequired QualificationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceMaster's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in change management or organizational transformationExperience supporting the Veterans Health Administration or other federal healthcare entitiesProven track record of leading change implementation for large-scale organizations
