Signals Instructor (Si) Evaluator

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking candidates for the following positions to support the development of the new Army Tactical SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT EW) Course (ATSEC). This newly designed course aims to shape the future of SOF by integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare into a unified operator capability tailored to modern combat environments. We are looking to start support as soon as possible, with a period of performance through August 14, 2025, to support Pilot Course 1.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for instructing and certifying our military cadre, facilitating their mode instructor certifications, and assisting with the initial instruction and student certification during the first few weeks of Pilot 1.

Experience/Education:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Must be instructor evaluator certified with specific expertise with Modes 1/3/5/6 (min. 1 & 6).
  • Must have 7+ years of Signals Intelligence (SI) experience.
  • Must have experience with content/POI development.
