To keep US shipments moving on time and on budget, the full-time Domestic Traffic Analyst will coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs remotely while managing logistics costs and ensuring timely deliveries.Key responsibilitiesMaintain on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher for wholesale and DTC shipmentsManage domestic freight and logistics costs to stay at or below 5% of COGSRespond to carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issues within 24 hoursRequired qualificationsStrong knowledge of global logistics, including Incoterms and customs rulesExperience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipmentsProficiency with TMS (transportation management) tools and ERP systems, preferably NetSuiteAbility to manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyProactive mindset with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving
