Location: Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota
Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (core hours 0730–1630L Mon–Fri)
Primary Responsibilities (aligned with PWS 4.4)
Key Duties
- Independently execute all physical security functions including visitor control for SCIF AF11-007 and subordinates.
- Coordinate SCIF reaccreditation with ACC/SSO and DIA.
- Inspect and monitor SCIF physical construction; report discrepancies within 2 hours.
- Maintain/update Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC), TEMPEST addendum, SOPs/EAPs.
- Execute/log monthly random physical security inspections and quarterly alarm tests.
- Manage unit alarm monitoring program.
- Maintain physical badge rosters and AFAA MFRs.
- Maintain/dispose of physical SCI material IAW directives.
- Facilitate internal/external physical security inspections and prepare annual reports.
- Program/update security codes in IDS/ADS, cypher locks, X-09 locks.
- Maintain/audit SF-700/701/702 for containers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a TS/SCI facility + 1 year dedicated physical security experience (SCIF management, alarms, access control)
- Strong knowledge of ICD 705, DoD physical security manuals, AFI 16-1404, and related directives
- Hands-on experience with IDS/ADS, alarm systems, and SCIF construction/inspection requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Microsoft Office proficiency

- All positions are subject to Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) / Wage Determination 15-5367 Rev 31.
- All personnel must complete required training (IAAP, SSO-directed CBT, SEADs/ICD 704/705) within timelines.
- Ability to obtain/maintain base access and all required credentials.
