Position Summary, Facility HVAC Technician (Night) As a Facility HVAC Technician, you'll maintain and troubleshoot critical systems supporting cleanroom and office operations. You'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, and ensure reliable equipment performance while working independently and following safety protocols. This position will primarily be assigned to the night shift with 12-hour shifts (7:00pm-7:30am). Assigned evenings will be for the N2 shift working Wednesday- Friday and every other Saturday. Salary Range: Tech Level 1-3 Years of experience 1 - 8 years = $27.00 - $37.00 Tech Level 3 - 5 Years of experience 6 - 20 years = $36.00 - $50.00 *Night Sight receives a shift differential of 15% from 7:00pm-7:30am, must work a minimum of 4 hours to receive shift differential. *Posted salary rates are determined upon experience and education Additional Information: NOTE: Some positions require access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, or restricted programs where U.S. Government authorization may be required. For positions requiring such access, offers of employment are contingent upon the employer being able to obtain the necessary authorization, including, if required, an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, or other government agencies.
