We're looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Superintendent to lead corporate and commercial interior projects across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Description Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial/corporate interior projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and trade coordination. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain organized documentation. Work closely with Project Managers to drive project progress and resolve issues quickly. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent on corporate/commercial interiors projects in NYC. Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishes, and MEP coordination. Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts on site. A team‑oriented professional who takes ownership and delivers results.
