Security Representative (On‑Call/Nights)Woodinville, WASte. Michelle Wine EstatesA part‑time, on‑call Security Representative role in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The Security Representative will maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees at the winery.This part‑time, on‑call position requires availability from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, including two weekend shifts a month and one employee training meeting each quarter. The role supports coverage for planned or unplanned time off and may require additional availability.Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is the largest wine company in the Pacific Northwest.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct patrols and security checks of the winery grounds and buildings.Crowd control and policy enforcement during events.Responsible for incident reporting and consistent enforcement of organizational policies.Answer the security phone and receive banquet deliveries.Assign temporary badges to employees and contractors when necessary.Support a 24/7 operational need and be assigned a weekend/nightshift position.Basic computer skills to maintain logs and reports.Learn security system software programs.Be friendly and courteous while interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a polite and professional manner.Perform other related duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsAble to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Stand and walk for extended periods of time.Ability to work in various weather conditions.Position RequirementsMust be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.MAST 12 Class Permit required.Valid Driver's License required.Safety and security experience with First Aid/CPR/AED training preferred.Excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner.Ability to work independently and productively.History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.Compensation$17.22 - $23.36 per hour based on relevant experience.BenefitsHealth Care Coverage including medical, dental, vision & prescription – eligible on date of hire for full‑time employees.Paid Vacation & Holidays.401(k) with Employer Match and Supplemental Contribution.Employee Wine Discounts.EEO StatementSte.
