We are committed to hiring the best of the best, and in return, we offer a world-class, truly unique employee experience that is rare within our industry.Seeking a self-starting, motivated individual to be an Information System Security Officer supporting the Signals Analysis Division with maintaining compliance and strengthening the security posture of critical mission systems via the Risk Management Framework; will be responsible for 8-10 System Security Plans (SSPs).Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph).CapabilitiesEnsure the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for information systems.Support continuous monitoring of networks to detect and correct areas of security non-compliance, unmitigated vulnerabilities, and other risks.Follow consistent security processes and play a role in the information systems continuous monitoring program.Perform regular audits of information systems.Assist the information systems security manager in preparing for periodic reaccreditation.Required QualificationsTS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.Bachelor's degree plus 5‑years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3‑years of relevant experience.Associate's degree or 18 semesters hours of military coursework/training in a computer‑related field plus 7‑years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9‑years of relevant experience may be considered.Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Tier 1 certification.Required Technical SkillsExperience as an ISSO with emphasis on Defense‑in‑Depth principles, network, and enterprise security architecture.Experience applying the principles of NIST 800‑53 including the procedures in the Risk Management Framework (RMF).Familiarity with STE/STN requirements.Desired Technical SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Benefits PackageWyetech contributes 20% of each employee's gross compensation to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA, fully vested from day one.Generous PTO plan of up to 200 hours annually with flexibility to adjust allocation each calendar year.Voluntary benefit plans: Medical (some with HSA), Vision and Dental, Life and AD&D, short and long‑term disability, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness, optional identity theft and legal protection.Employee referral bonus eligible up to $10,000.Mobility among Wyetech-supported contracts across Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, and OCONUS.Team‑building events such as monthly lunches, summer company picnic, annual holiday party.Two complimentary branded clothing orders annually.Pay Range$47.95 – $110.26 per hour* (before benefits).
