We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Officer/Facilities Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting various systems and equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Security guard training certification preferred, or facilities management is a plus.
Valid driver's license to travel to facilities.
Experience as a Security/Facilities Technician or similar role preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledge of security and facilities management systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Ability to travel throughout facilities to conduct safety inspections.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
COMPENSATION: Hourly rate depends on a candidate's verified years of experience in the field. Contract is a 240 day.
