The Dispatcher position at UOWS is responsible for coordinating and managing daily operations.

*Requirements:*
* High school or GED
* Two plus years of proven field dispatch experience or relevant experience
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders
* Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
* Strong understanding of transportation; oilfield experience preferred
* Transportation management systems background is strongly preferred
* Attention to detail and ability to manage varied tasks at the same time

*Duties:*
* Receive and process service requests from clients, accurately gathering details and scheduling needs.
* Dispatch water trucks and drivers to assigned locations, optimizing routes and ensuring timely deliveries.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, keeping them informed of job updates, route changes, and any potential challenges.
* Monitor driver activity and track the progress of water deliveries.
* Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch logs and records, ensuring all service requests are documented effectively.
* Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
