Security Officer Apartment Complex

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related concerns; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying permissions when required, and reporting suspicious behavior to property management and/or local authorities as appropriate; Support residential community operations by communicating professionally with residents and staff, reporting maintenance and security-related issues, and following Allied Universal post orders and escalation procedures
