ResponsibilitiesMonthly reporting and variance analysis of actual expenses vs planAnalysis of element of cost forecasts for labor, material, and other cost elementsPlanning and establishment of time phased indirect expense and headcount plansEnsure that the budget systems are loaded to approved values by the Security teamCER pool factors – development, maintenance, and compliance; requires routine interaction with key stakeholders to revisit causal beneficial relationships, ensure compliance, and update factors as necessaryReview for compliant labor and pool chargesPrepare appropriate JVs and IOTs as requiredRequirementsA University Degree or equivalent experienceminimum 2 years of prior relevant experienceExperience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft ExcelPrevious financial experienceSelf-starter with the ability to take initiative with assignments givenAble to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment with limited supervisionAble to multi-task and produce quality work by being well organized, accurate, efficient, timelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExperience using SAP business systemsExperience using Rplan and Control XLGeneral knowledge of FAR and CAS Government RegulationsExperience in preparing Estimates at Complete (EACs)General knowledge of indirect expense and CER pool planningExperience in a client-facing role#J-18808-Ljbffr
