Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic trade‑craft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you will produce strategic‑level assessments and products that address a specified client area of responsibility (AOR). As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.ResponsibilitiesProvide all‑source intelligence analysis on topics related to homeland security, including, but not limited to, border security, counterterrorism, and critical infrastructure protection.Generate finished all‑source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi‑discipline approach.Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engage with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.Employ Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate trade‑craft, methodologies and techniques and apply specialized subject‑matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state, local and private sector customers.QualificationsKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic trade‑craft standards.Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.Desired Qualifications3+ years of experience with producing all‑source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and inputting to IC databases.About Nalley ConsultingNalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
