We're looking for individuals who are confident, dependable, observant, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.As a Correctional Officer, you will supervise and interact with residents using dynamic security principles focused on communication, observation, accountability, and pro‑social role modelling. Officers work as part of a high‑functioning team while helping maintain a safe and structured environment for staff, residents, and the communities we serve.Successful candidates demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast‑paced environment. No prior corrections experience? No problem.
