The Lead Guard will oversee and manage the local Crossing Guard program and will perform Lead duties as well as post duties. Availability for shifts both before and after school is required.Leadership QualificationsBe self‑motivated and dependable.Be personable, out‑going, friendly, and enthusiastic.Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.Be able to lift / transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.Availability for shifts both before and after school.Supervisory experience preferred but not required.Basic computer skills are preferred.This position often requires short response times to the job site; candidates in or adjacent to Spring Hill are preferred.CompensationPay: $21.50 per hour for all hours worked.
