In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, flowing vital information across departments to ensure our technicians are set up for success and our clients receive world-class service.The RoleAs a Dispatcher, you will manage the daily flow of field operations through careful planning and constant communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Scheduling: Communicate arrival times and appointment statuses to clients while managing schedule updates to ensure no appointment windows are missed.Operational Support: Audit jobs for accuracy, execute rebooks and prebooks, and assist with special order processes.Team Collaboration: Provide exceptional support to field staff, assist Sales Coordinators, and fill in for their roles during breaks or vacancies.Performance Tracking: Review daily run rates, fill out weekly reports, and meet "Next Stop" and update guidelines.QualificationsExperience: Must have at least 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a Dispatcher role.Mindset: A strong ability to prioritize with an analytical and critical thinking mindset.Pressure Performer: High adaptability and equanimity when things get busy.Detail Oriented: Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Growth-Oriented: A willingness to learn home service terminology and a desire to "Grow or Die" with our team.Requirements: Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour.Benefits: Eligibility begins after a 90-day probationary period.Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.On-Site Requirement: This is strictly an in-office position; we do not offer remote work.Availability: Regular weekend or evening work is required per a rotational on-call schedule.Peak Seasons: During seasonal extreme weather-related events, the position may require long hours.Professional Standards: We maintain a professional call center environment with a specific dress code and a "work at work" policy regarding personal electronics.SummaryAt Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, you'll work with a great team that takes pride in "Saving the day, protecting the future" for its clients.
