Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements* Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes* Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays* Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records* Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance**What Are We Looking For*** Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment* Ability to problem-solve and make timely, sound decisions* Proficiency with dispatch systems and general computer applications* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer service* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands**Work Environment** This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams.
