Dispatcher

McGovern Automotive Group is hiring a Dispatcher to join our team!ResponsibilitiesScheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needsRelay work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, and/or managersEffectively communicate with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipmentPrepare daily work such as schedulesPrepare work orders for crew or receive work orders from work crewsMaintain and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records etc.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in automotive service requiredMaintain core knowledge of products and product updatesDisplays excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsIs team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goalsAble to pass background and drug screeningsTechnician experience preferredCDK and XTIME experience preferredAbout Our CompanyMcGovern Automotive Group's culture of “customer first” and a commitment to transparency enables us to provide exceptional service and superior value for our customers.
