The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party is seeking an individual to join our team as a Data Associate for the 2026 Election Cycle and become an integral part of the team to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis, with a priority for those that apply by July 15th, 2026. This position reports to the Data Director and is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding data support to every DFL endorsed campaign and party unit through the stateMaintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygieneSupport the building of reports and tools for the Minnesota Coordinated Campaign team in line with key programmatic prioritiesSupport other members of the Data Team to complete projects as necessaryRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience with Votebuilder/VANExperience with Google Sheets or ExcelExperience with Scale to Win, Hustle, or a similar P2P texting toolsCommitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and other stakeholdersCapacity and desire to work long hours in a campaign settingNice to have Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of programming languages like SQLExperience using Google BigQueryExperience using Looker Studio, Hex or similarInterested in getting into Political Data, but don't know where to gain experienceCompensation: $2,172.50/ bi-weekly per pay period.
