Senior Cram Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cram Developer to join a critical modernization project for a major New York City government agency on a hybrid contract basis. This role is strictly for senior experts with 15+ years of total development experience and at least 8 years dedicated to Cram CGISS and Outcome Management development. Your primary focus will be performing complex IT Triage, diagnosing, and resolving critical application defects and production issues across rules, batch, and intake processes. This high-impact role requires deep Cram Case Management knowledge, a strong sense of urgency, and mandatory PMP certification. Beyond defect resolution, you will leverage your expertise in business process analysis and technical design to implement system enhancements and translate complex triggers for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you are an established Cram professional known for your critical thinking, ability to independently lead solutions, and proven track record in complex government system environments, this is a unique opportunity to lead technical delivery on a vital NYC project
