Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be Doing Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirementsCommunicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routesMonitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delaysMaintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch recordsSupport a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and complianceWhat Are We Looking For Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to problem‑solve and make timely, sound decisionsProficiency with dispatch systems and general computer applicationsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer serviceAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demandsWork Environment This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams.
