If you enjoy building and retaining relationships with customers, are proficient with data entry, and have an eye for details – this is the career for you!ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain heavy email trafficProvide updates to customers via phone & emailTrack & trace a variety of loads and ensure deliveryManage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levelsMaintain and dispatch load assignments to driversCollaborate with internal department to resolve issuesEnter and update load information into AS400Analyze weekly score cardsCreate weekly logistics reportsManage multiple customer web portalsWeekend Shift - hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 6:00pmAssist with other requests made of the Operations DepartmentRequirementsLooking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritizeMust possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsPossess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plusTri-National, Inc., a door-to-door transportation service provider moving freight through Mexico, US, and Canada, is growing!
