We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us.LocationFort Huachuca, AZEmployment TypeFull‑time, Salary‑ExemptResponsibilitiesDesign and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with current military standards and operational requirements for Military Police personnel.Deliver engaging and effective training sessions covering a range of topics including law enforcement techniques, military regulations, use of force procedures, physical fitness, and leadership development.Provide hands‑on instruction in areas such as weapons proficiency, tactical maneuvers, crowd control, crime scene investigation, and detainee operations.Assess the performance and progress of trainees through practical exercises, simulations, and written evaluations.Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.Regularly review and update training materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.Ensure all training activities comply with safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure the well‑being of trainees.RequirementsMust have a Secret or Secret Interim clearance.Employees must possess ability to work in a wide variety of terrain and weather conditions.Must have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting HUMINT intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381‑10 within the last ten years.The contractor must have completed one of the military courses; 35M, or 351M.BenefitsWe offer a top‑tier benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, employer matching retirement plan, and more.Equal Opportunity EmploymentWe are an equal opportunity employer.
