This position serves as the communication hub between the field and office teams.ResponsibilitiesScheduling and dispatching technicians to service calls and projectsMonitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as neededAnswering incoming calls and assisting customersCreating and managing work ordersCommunicating arrival times and job updates to customersCoordinating emergency and priority service requestsAssisting with invoicing and administrative tasksMaintaining accurate customer records and job documentationSupporting daily office operationsParticipating in an on-call rotation every third week to coordinate after-hours service requestsThe ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.This position is based in our office located in Mooresville, NC. The work environment is professional, fast-paced, and team-oriented. Dispatchers spend most of their day working on a computer, answering phones, coordinating schedules, and communicating with customers and field technicians. This role requires sitting for extended periods, frequent phone and computer use, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. Team members work closely with management, technicians, and customers to ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experienceStrong communication and phone skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to learn new software and processes quicklyExperience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, or home services preferredExperience with Housecall Pro or similar field service software preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
