Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Supply Chain Planning SME for a leading manufacturing client undergoing a large-scale global transformation. This individual will play a critical, hands‑on role in implementing Kinaxis Maestro to modernize supply planning processes across multiple plants. You will work at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, translating real‑world planning needs into system configurations, supporting testing and deployment, and driving system optimization. The ideal candidate brings both deep functional supply chain expertise and technical system experience, making them a key contributor to a multi-year implementation program with high visibility and growth potential.Day-to-Day:Support ongoing Kinaxis Maestro implementation (currently in build phase)Translate business requirements into system configurations (user stories, workflows, parameters)Design and validate data flows from SAP ERP systems into KinaxisCollaborate with IT and architects to ensure system alignment and integrationExecute and support unit testing, SIT, and UAT cyclesTroubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutionValidate master data, planning logic, and system outputsAssist with go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live stabilizationEnsure system alignment with S&OP and supply planning processesIdentify gaps between business processes and system capabilitiesDevelop training materials and support end‑user training sessionsProvide ongoing support to users post‑implementationMonitor system performance and recommend improvementsIdentify opportunities for automation and optimizationSupport continuous enhancements across a global multi‑year rolloutSkills and Requirements4+ years of experience in supply chain planning (supply planning, S&OP, or procurement) in a manufacturing environmentHands‑on experience with Kinaxis Maestro and involvement in an implementationStrong understanding of supply planning processes (not just systems)Experience working with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4, or similar) and understanding data flowsExperience working on Agile projects (sprints, user stories, playback sessions)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldAPI or data integration experienceExperience with SQL, Python, or other scripting toolsBackground in data governance or data lake environmentsExposure to AI/ML or automation within planning systemsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
