Responsibilities:

Provides technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs. Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions. Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff. Leads and/or performs analysis efforts. Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of test strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Verifies program logic with good quality test data, unit testing and debugging of programs. Participates in overall systems testing. Helps in the migration of applications to production. Helps with new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and user guides. Helps in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan. Position will involve design, coding, and configuration management of Actimize Case Manager applications. In addition, this position will be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ Experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne / RCM) 1+ years of hands on experience of ActOne/RCM Java plugin development 4+ years of SQL 2+ year of experience writing code in Java application and knowledge of Java memory model 2 + years of experience in 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns 1+ years of cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, PCF etc. 2+ years of experience with Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools: such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Test Driven Development (TDD); Behavioral Driven Development (BDD): Cucumber/Gherkin 2+ years of enterprise experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions 2+ years of experience with database platforms like Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc. 2+ years of experience in Kafka 2+ years working in an Agile environment
