Job DescriptionTelecommunications Technician – Join GDIT to support complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for voice and video endpoints, user profiles within Skype for Business and Active Directory, voicemail user profiles, voice and video conferencing systems, and respond to security incident reports. Work with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.RequirementsEducation: Technical training, certification(s), or degreeExperience: 1+ years of related experienceTechnical skills: troubleshooting of user profiles within Skype for Business and Active Directory; SupportIT ticketing system; voice and video conferencing systemsSecurity clearance: TS/SCI with polygraphUS citizenship requiredCertifications: Must be 8570 compliant with a Security+ certificationBenefitsCompetitive salary range $102,000 - $138,000.
